Qualifications

  • Possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies / Marketing / Communication / Education, Engineering  or equivalent.
  • With at least 3-5 years experience related to Sales Training in the Automotive Industry, Teaching or similar business
  • Preferably with supervisory experience in Training function
  • Must have excellent writing & effective communication skills
  • Proficient in MS windows program & Learning Management System
  • Preferably able to drive a 4 wheel vehicle, with a valid driver's license

Job Overview

Responsible for conceptualizing, planning, creating and developing training programs, modules and special projects to equip dealer sales associates in the performance of their tasks using training tools and methods, which are all aligned to the company’s business objectives
